Shift:

Monday to Friday

9am to 5pm (Remote)

What you bring:

You are an HR professional with excellent communications skills both written and oral
Your education/work history reflects experience and knowledge in staffing and recruitment
You are punctual, reliable and have a sense of urgency
You believe that the customer comes first and excel at building relationships
You assess applicants to determine the right fit and can coach and guide along the way
You are "on the same page" as your clients and can understand their challenges
You can make a high volume of outbound calls to confirm placements
You are a staffing expert and can plan out daily shifts/schedules
You look to "problem solve" rather than "problem share"
You stay connected with HR, social media and talent attracting platforms

Requirements
Qualifications:

You have reliable transportation to travel between offices/sites
You have at least 2 years experience working with an recruitment agency handling temporary employees
You are ok with being on call and working weekends

Experience level: 2 years
Schedule:

8 hour shift
Monday to Friday
On call
Weekend availability

Experience:
