FLOATING W/IN WOMEN'S SERVICES

MAX RTO- 6 DAYS W/IN 6 WEEK PERIOD

Must work 1 major holiday if assignment overlaps

REQUIREMENTS:

~ RN LICENSURE

~ BLS, ACLS (AHA OR ARC)

~ NRP

~ AWHONN Intermediate Fetal Monitoring and STABLE preferred

~2 YEARS' EXPERIENCE

• Ability to circulate C-sections
• High-risk labor management
• Pitocin titration
• Fetal monitoring interpretation
• Neonatal resuscitation participation
• Postpartum/couplet care competency

~ Preferred:

• Previous rural hospital experience
• Experience in LDRP model

Scope of role: Labor, Deliver, Recovery, Postpartum, and newborn Patient Ratio: 1:1 labor 3:1 couplet care
