This full‑time nightshift Respiratory Therapist role is an on‑site position located in Lebanon, OH. The Respiratory Therapist will assess, treat, and monitor residents with cardiopulmonary and respiratory conditions, following physician orders and established care plans. Daily responsibilities include performing respiratory therapy treatments, administering oxygen and aerosol medications, managing ventilators and related equipment, and documenting all care and patient responses accurately. The role also involves collaborating with nursing, medical providers, and rehabilitation staff to develop and adjust respiratory care plans, educating residents and families on respiratory health and equipment use, and participating in quality improvement and safety initiatives. The Respiratory Therapist will follow all regulatory and facility protocols to maintain high standards of clinical care and infection control.

Candidates should possess strong Respiratory Therapy and Respiratory Care skills, including assessment, treatment planning, and equipment management.

Candidates should possess cardiopulmonary knowledge and Medicine‑related understanding to interpret clinical data and support interdisciplinary care.

Candidates should possess experience or foundational knowledge in specialized respiratory settings, where applicable to patient needs.

Current state licensure as a Respiratory Therapist and relevant professional certification (e.g., RRT or CRT) preferred.

Experience in skilled nursing, long‑term care, or acute rehabilitation settings is beneficial.
