Director Of Hr - Perimeter Area
The Director of HR assumes responsibility for the employee programs at the company: recruiting top talent, development of our current team and HR processes and partnerships. Responsibilities include:
Driver of Leadership/Management/Accountability Principles
Promotes and preserves the culture by developing and implementing company initiatives around culture and employee engagement
Leads a continuous learning environment in professional and personal development: programs, mentorship, resource management
Designs, plans and implements human resources programs and policies related to staffing, benefits and training/onboarding
Fosters an open, respectful and fair working environment
Effectively navigates the organization and external partners to leverage resources
Compelling thought leadership in the HR Department processes, systems and culture
Assists Leadership in compensation modeling
Qualifications:
