Regular Full-Time Property Maintenance Marriott - Key Tower, Cleveland, OH, US

The Painter is responsible for maintaining the aesthetic appearance of the hotel's interior and exterior surfaces by performing painting, finishing, and coating tasks. Clean and prepare surfaces for painting, including patching holes, sanding, and priming.

Conduct regular inspections of painted surfaces to identify and correct flaws or damage.

Perform touch-up painting and minor repairs to maintain a fresh appearance.

Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).

Comply with all local, state, and federal regulations related to painting and hazardous materials.

Coordinate with other departments to schedule painting activities and minimize disruption to guests.

Report to supervisors on job progress, completion times, and material usage.

Maintain an inventory of paints, supplies, and equipment.

Request orders for materials as needed to ensure sufficient stock.

Expected Hours of Work & Travel
