In the heart of our mission, our Dietary Aides play a vital role in supporting meal service and ensuring residents receive nutritious, appealing meals in a clean and welcoming environment. The Stellar way is characterized by kindness, teamwork, and respect for the dignity and preferences of our cherished residents. Assist with Meal Preparation and Food Assembly

Serve Meals and Beverages to Residents in a Friendly and Respectful Manner

Ensure Residents Receive Correct Diets According to Dietary Restrictions and Preferences

Maintain Cleanliness and Sanitation of Dining Areas, Kitchen, and Equipment

Wash Dishes, Utensils, and Kitchen Equipment Following Proper Procedures

Stock and Organize Food and Supplies

Provide Excellent Customer Service to Residents, Families, and Team Members

Previous Experience in Food Service or Healthcare Preferred but Not Required

Knowledge of Food Safety and Sanitation Practices is a Plus

A Genuine Love for Seniors and Serving Others
