DIETARY AIDE - Liberty Health, Salisbury, NC
We are seeking an experienced Dietary Aide to join our caring environment at Liberty Healthcare and Rehabilitation Services.
Follows planned menu and receives meal orders from residents.
Prepares food and beverages for serving based on established procedures.
Provides food service to residents; including portioning, plating, loading, delivering and serving resident meals.
Assists in serving plates and tray cart, including loading, delivering, and serving.
Cleans cabinets, refrigerators, freezers, walls, garbage cans, carts, pantries, and other equipment in department as needed.
In case of fire or fire drill:
Shuts off electrical equipment.
Must be 18 years of age or older and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
Must be able to use equipment without jeopardizing the safety of self, others or equipment.
Must attend in‑service training and other staff meetings as required.
Demonstrates neat appearance and good personal hygiene.
Must read, know and follow personnel, department, and facility policies.
