Receptionist (Temp Position)

Receptionist

Pay: $23.00/hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

We're looking for a friendly and organized Receptionist to be the first point of contact for customers and visitors while providing essential administrative support in a professional office environment.

Responsibilities:

Answer and route incoming phone calls

Greet visitors, customers, and vendors professionally

Process accounts payable documents in a timely manner

Maintain filing systems for invoices, sales orders, resale certificates, and payables

Process credit card authorization requests

Maintain and organize open order files

Provide backup support for billing functions

Assist with general administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required

Previous receptionist, administrative, or office experience preferred

Friendly, professional phone and customer service skills

Strong communication and organizational abilities

Basic math and problem-solving skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities

Proficiency with standard office equipment and computer systems

Physical Requirements:

Primarily seated office work

Occasional standing, walking, and light lifting (up to 10 lbs.)

Pay Details: $23.00 to $21.00 per hour
