Head of Marketing Adoption

Location: Boston area preferred (Hybrid – 2 days/week in office)

Employment Type: Full-Time preferred (flexible for the right candidate)

We are representing a fast-growing consumer mobile application in the automotive space that enables enthusiasts to showcase, track, and explore vehicle modifications. The platform is rapidly building a highly engaged community, and we are seeking a Marketing Manager to take ownership of growth, content, and brand presence across digital channels.

This is a hands‑on, high‑impact role for a creative and execution‑driven marketer who thrives in fast‑moving environments. You will be responsible for building and scaling marketing programs from the ground up—driving awareness, engagement, and user growth across multiple platforms.

The ideal candidate brings 5–10 years of digital marketing experience, a strong creative instinct, and a genuine enthusiasm for automotive culture or enthusiast communities. You should be equally comfortable developing strategy as you are producing and publishing content.

Own end‑to‑end marketing execution across all digital channels, from planning through deployment

Serve as the primary marketing point of contact for external partners, including PR, branding, and advertising agencies

Manage and coordinate freelance creative talent (designers, video editors, content creators)

Build and maintain a strong cross‑platform presence across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, driving consistent and engaging content output

Develop and execute community engagement initiatives within the app and across social platforms

Lead campaign ideation and execution, optimizing for reach, engagement, and conversion performance

Proven success in building or scaling high‑growth social and digital channels (TikTok, YouTube, Instagram), including campaign ideation, execution, and performance optimization

Strong hands‑on proficiency with modern marketing and creative tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut, Photoshop, HubSpot, WordPress, Mailchimp, and emerging AI tools)

A bias toward action—highly organized, fast‑moving, and capable of managing multiple concurrent workstreams effectively

Strong creative and analytical balance, with the ability to both generate ideas and measure impact

5–10 years of experience in digital marketing, growth, or content marketing roles

Degree or certifications in marketing, communications, digital media, or related fields preferred

Excellent writing, messaging, and content development skills

Experience managing paid social campaigns and/or cost‑efficient growth programs

Prior experience working with mobile apps (iOS/Android) is a plus

Passion for automotive culture or enthusiast communities is strongly preferred

Comfortable creating original photo and video content in real‑world environments
