Our portfolio includes a wide array of reputable brands like Marriott, Hilton, IHG and Hyatt as well as many unique, independent, boutique and lifestyle properties and restaurants.
Develop a working knowledge of the operations of the hotel, including food and beverage, guest services, reservations

Develop a complete knowledge and ensure adherence to company sales policies and SOPs

Drive customer loyalty to grow share of the account by delivering service excellence throughout each customer experience

Ensure all pertinent aspects of solicitation, closing, and customer communications are complete and documented for the team

Identify and pursue new and repeat business through prospecting calls, visits, site tours, lunches, and networking events

Drive traffic to the hotel, on-site dining and spa through concepting and executing dynamic marketing plans inclusive of advertising, email campaigns, local events, programming and sponsorships

Develop relationships with local like-minded businesses to create meaningful partnerships. Interact and build relationships with the community to generate brand awareness and engagement

Work directly with PR agency to drive awareness of the hotel, spa and food and beverage outlets

Create and updating property marketing calendars

Concept and execute programming events for the property and food & beverage outlet

Work with social agency on content plan and oversee any photoshoots

Interact with community on social platforms to drive followers and engagement

Assist with property marketing and promotions by being involved in design and creation process for promotional materials such as offers, e-blasts, advertising and collateral

Manage property marketing budgets

Keep website up-to-date with latest information

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or related field

1-3+ years of experience in Marketing, Public Relations or related field

Proficient in Microsoft Office Products, focus on Excel, Word and Outlook

Ability to travel asneeded

Must have flexible work hours that may include evenings, weekends, andholidays

*The hiring process may consist of a phone interview, manager(s) interview, drug screen, background check, reference checks, and potential employment assessment. Paid Time Off (PTO) is available for eligible associates in accordance with the Company's Paid Time Off policy. Full-time

Up to $90,000 annually plus bonus
