Compensation: $19-$21 per hour (dependent on experience)
Part-Time Seasonal/Temporary (October through January)

As a Retail Sales Associate, you'll be the welcoming face of our mission, helping every guest feel at home, inspired, and ready to explore the outdoors with confidence.
Use our GUIDE service program to listen, educate, and help guests find the right gear for their needs
Drive Sales & Support Store Operations
Support sales and conversion by helping guests make confident purchasing decisions
Assist with daily operations including cash handling, restocking, and maintaining a clean, inviting sales floor
Follow safety, security, and loss prevention practices
Participate in training to stay current on products, fit, and service expectations
Live the Brand & Sustainability Mission
Participate in local events and community activations when possible
You don't need to summit Everest, but you do enjoy helping others explore, learn, and feel good about their choices. A track record of providing thoughtful, people-centered customer service
Passion for sustainability and the outdoors
Willingness to learn point-of-sale systems and retail operations
Previous experience in retail, customer service, or a fast-paced guest-facing role
