Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $78,000 - $90,000 / Year

Up to $10,000 in sign‑on bonuses available

Qualifications

Licensed in Kentucky as an Occupational Therapist

Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) or anticipating certification within two years

Responsibilities

Reviewing patient medical history and developing individualized treatment plans

Diagnosing patients by observing movements and listening to concerns

Using exercises, stretching, equipment, and manual therapy to manage pain and improve mobility

Recording patient progress and modifying treatment plans as needed
