Hospital Liaison (Full Time)

Clinical Liaison (RN / RRT) Location: Select Specialty Hospital - Orlando South, Critical Illness Recovery Hospital (LTACH).
You will serve as a resource for healthcare professionals, fostering relationships within medical facilities. Additionally, you’ll facilitate patient transfers and address barriers to accessing specialized post‑ICU care.

Key Responsibilities Work with physicians, discharge planners, and patient families to plan the best continuum of care after an ICU or post‑surgical stay using your clinical background, payer knowledge, and problem‑solving skills.
Partner with hospital case managers and physicians to create a smooth pre‑admission and transfer process by removing payer‑related and operational barriers.
Superior communication and relationship‑building skills.
Prior healthcare marketing or business development experience is preferred.
