This position will report to the Director of Administration. The Office of the President (OTP) is seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support to the Special Advisor for Artificial Intelligence. This role will provide operational support consisting of managing a complex calendar, coordinating meetings and appointments, arranging domestic and international travel, processing expenses, and preparing correspondence and other documentation.Administrative responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Answering and directing incoming phone calls, taking messages, and routing inquiries as appropriate. Coordinating all aspects of domestic and international business travel, including flights, rail transportation, ground transportation, and hotel accommodations. Minimum Qualifications: Qualified candidates will hold a high school diploma/GED plus 1.5 years of relevant professional experience, or, a Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant area of study. Degree requirements may be substituted with an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.Additional Required Licenses/Certifications/Posting Specific Minimum Qualifications:Preferred Qualifications: Experience supporting senior leadership or executives in a professional office environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, and virtual meeting platforms, with the ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly.
