A well-established litigation firm in Rockville Centre, NY is seeking an experienced Trial Attorney with extensive experience defending complex construction accident and personal injury matters. The ideal candidate will have a strong background handling New York Labor Law §§ 240(1) and 241(6) cases and be comfortable taking matters through all stages of litigation, including trial.

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
A minimum of 5 year of experience as a defense attorney, specifically within the construction industry.
Knowledge of Labor Law 240 and 241.
