Your Responsibilities

Conduct both routine and advanced clinical lab tests in various disciplines such as chemistry, hematology, and immunology while following established protocols.
Evaluate test results for precision, resolve any discrepancies, and perform maintenance and calibration checks on laboratory instruments.
Assist in specimen collection and sample preparation as required.
Document all lab procedures meticulously, mentor new team members or interns, and contribute to the upholding of quality standards in the lab.
Ensure a clean and safe working environment while complying with all regulatory and accreditation standards.
Education

~ A Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science or a comparable allied health degree plus readiness for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) through ASCP or AMT must be obtained within one year of hiring.
Continually maintain your certification throughout your career.
