Education

• Hold a Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science or a related allied health discipline, and be prepared for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• Achieve either ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within your first year of employment.
• Maintain your certification as a condition of employment.
