Conduct evaluations for individuals across pediatric, adult, and senior demographics utilizing established assessments and observational methods.
Create tailored therapeutic plans targeting both immediate objectives and long-lasting communication, cognitive, or swallowing challenges.
Administer individualized speech therapy focusing on various aspects such as language, fluency, voice, and swallowing.
Partner with physical therapists, occupational therapists, healthcare providers, caregivers, and family members to establish integrated care strategies.
Provide educational support to patients and families for continued progress beyond therapy sessions.
Keep meticulous and timely records that conform to local, national, and organizational regulations.
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from a recognized institution.
State licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist .
Preferred: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA.
Expertise in evidence-based therapy methods for all age groups, with a thorough understanding of developmental as well as acquired communication and swallowing disorders.
Ability to customize therapy methods to accommodate diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds.
Familiarity with electronic health records and documentation compliance.
