The Workforce Staffing (WFS) Team seeks an ambitious and enthusiastic leader who can inspire others to reach the highest level of service in every candidate interaction. The Staffing Manager owns candidate experience and operational excellence for a defined geography (node).
Key Job Responsibilities
Manage day‑to‑day operations to ensure a positive candidate experience and alignment with business goals.
Lead and develop a team of administrators, including performance evaluations and coaching.
Assist with interviewing and onboarding new administrators.
Coordinate team schedule and assign duties based on business needs.
Understand new hire workflow and technical systems and make recommendations to drive improvement.
Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to build successful long‑term partnerships.
Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly reports of KPI and provide meaningful solutions.
Lead and drive change initiatives and projects of increasing scale and complexity to completion.
Forecast labor demand plans and create scalable staffing strategies to build infrastructure and ensure team resource capabilities meet business demand.
Staffing Managers direct a high‑performing team of Staffing Administrators and seasonal/flexible Associates who thrive in an innovative, fast‑paced environment; teams work onsite, often with varying schedules and require travel to multiple sites according to business needs.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
2+ years of HR experience.
Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent 2+ years of Amazon experience.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience developing and implementing standards, policies, or programs.
Experience handling confidential information and maintaining professionalism with senior executives, or end‑to‑end project management experience.
