Hours per Shift: Variable, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM, sometimes later depending on patient census

ARRT Certification in Clienttion Therapy

Board-certified Clienttion Therapist

Under the direction of a Clienttion Oncologist and in collaboration with other members of the healthcare team, the Clienttion Therapist uses clinical skills to accurately simulate on CT simulators.Assumes shift accountability including machine warm-ups.Accurately performs routine radiation treatments as prescribed by the Clienttion Oncologist.Assumes shift accountability for maintenance of quality services.Accurately simulates basic treatment fields in a timely manner.Collects all pertinent simulation information and enters it in the approved departmental and hospital-based record and verify system.Cuts blocks for treatment if required.Cleans, disinfects, and maintains supplies and equipment in treatment and simulation rooms.When time permits, thoroughly cleans and straightens control area and treatment/simulation rooms.Required to have one call weekend per calendar year if available.

Qualifications:Required: Vocational/Technical degree in a related field; graduate of an accredited Clienttion Therapy Program.Preferred: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in a related field.

CRT-Clienttion Therapist - ARRT Certification required within 60 days.
