Position Overview: Are you an experienced insurance professional looking for an opportunity with a growing team that values performance, customer relationships, and flexibility? Our Allstate agency is seeking a licensed Insurance Producer who is confident in building relationships, identifying coverage needs, and helping clients protect what matters most.

Build relationships with new and existing customers

Quote and sell auto, home, renters, life, and other insurance products

Conduct policy reviews and recommend appropriate coverage options

Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process

Active Property & Casualty insurance license required

Prior insurance sales experience highly preferred

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Comfortable handling sales conversations by phone, text, email, and virtual meetings

Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment

Competitive base pay plus commission/bonus opportunities

Existing lead opportunities, cross-sell potential, and open availability for your own lead generation/networking

Training and ongoing support
