Job Description
Registered Nurse - Intensive Care Unit
Schedule
3x12 hour night shifts (19:00 - 07:30)
Assignment Details
Patient ratios estimated at 1:1-2.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of ICU experience.
BLS certification required.
ACLS certification required.
NIHSS certification required.
EPIC documentation experience required.
Proficient in IV start.
Experience with telemetry.
Competency with ventilators.
Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care in the Intensive Care Unit.
Monitor and assess patient conditions, utilizing telemetry as needed.
Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient care.
Document patient care activities accurately in the EPIC system.
