Director, Corporate Strategy Job Description Reporting to the VP of Corporate Strategy, the Director of Corporate Strategy plays a pivotal role in shaping the organization’s strategic direction and driving key initiatives. This individual partners with executive leadership to identify growth opportunities, address complex business challenges, and ensure alignment with overarching organizational objectives. They lead cross-functional teams, manage high-impact projects, and inspire a high-performing strategy team to deliver exceptional results

This job is located on-site at our Global Home Office in Columbus, Ohio.

Strategic Planning : Develop and articulate long-term strategies that align with organizational goals, informed by market trends and competitive insights.

Partner with executive leadership to evaluate and prioritize strategic opportunities, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Project Leadership : Lead large-scale, cross-functional initiatives with significant business impact, ensuring high-quality deliverables and timely execution including preparing materials and facilitating workshops.

Trend Monitoring : Analyze industry trends, competitive dynamics, and market shifts to inform strategic recommendations

Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent experiencepreferred

Approaches complex challenges with structured thinking and innovative solutions.

Execution Focus: Ensures timely and high-quality delivery of strategic initiatives and projects

Business Acumen: Ability to connect strategy to financial outcomes and operational plans

Comfort with ambiguity and able to create structure where it does not exist
