Human Resources Rep - Recruitment

Duties
You will maintain recruitment folders with all mandatory required documents, track recruitment actions from start to finish ensuring timelines are met prior to setting Entrance on Duty (EOD) dates.
You will respond to customer inquiries on matters such as procedures for submitting applications for employment, status of recruitment announcements, and types of vacancies in the organization.
You will assist with classification reviews by gathering information through audits with incumbents, discussion with supervisors, and reviewing classification standards and organizational charts.
You will direct inquiries on disciplinary or adverse actions or labor relations to appropriate HR Specialists.
You will use HR Information Systems to complete tasks, retrieve data/files, and generate reports; and provide technical assistance to the staff and HR liaisons in using all HR information systems.
