The schedule for this position is two 12-hour shifts per week and rotating weekends.

Our Night Shift RN positions qualify for a $5.75/hr differential from 11pm to 7am.

You must live within 30 minutes or less of the facility for On-Call requirements. PACU Unit Description
At Longmont United Hospital, the Preop, PACU, GI, and Infusion departments are co-located, fostering a highly collaborative and team-oriented culture. Our Endoscopy unit features two suites, performing an average of 170 procedures monthly running five days a week. We have six operating rooms, handling approximately 175 surgeries per month, including general, orthopedic, ophthalmologic, urologic, ENT, and plastic surgeries, with robotic assistance.

As a Registered Nurse you will assume responsibility and accountability for:

Facilitating, communicating, and collaborating with both the healthcare team, and the patient/family to identify and meet the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of the patient.

Promote the optimal health, well-being and safety of the patient through the use of the nursing process and in accordance with patient care standards, guidelines and the State Nurse Practice Act.

Demonstrate personal accountability for relationship-based care, organizational mission, and core values.

In addition to bringing HumanKindness to the workplace each day, qualified nursing candidates will need the following:

Associate’s Degree in Nursing required; Nursing Diploma or endorsement accepted.

Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred.

Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing required for new graduates, preferred for experienced RNs.

One year of RN experience required within the PACU setting.

Nursing skills and knowledge base specific to specialty.

RN License required; Current state nursing licenses or valid RN license from a participating state in the National Licensure Compact.

Colorado Only: RNs working in Colorado under a multi‑state license must obtain their CO RN license within 30 days of establishing residency.
