Undergraduate Recruiter

We are seeking an experienced Recruiter III to support talent acquisition and recruitment activities . The ideal candidate will have strong agency and/or in-house recruiting experience , excellent candidate sourcing, interviewing, and pipeline management skills, and the ability to work independently while managing multiple recruiting priorities.

Utilize computer databases, internet recruiting resources, job boards, and cold calling to source qualified candidates.
Interview applicants to obtain information regarding work history, training, education, qualifications, and job skills.
Inform potential applicants about facilities, operations, benefits, job opportunities, and career opportunities .
Support candidate pipeline management and the conversion-to-offer process .
Partner with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to understand hiring requirements.
Maintain strong candidate and hiring-manager relationships throughout the recruitment process.
Manage multiple recruiting activities while maintaining strong organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail .
Follow applicable legal policies and procedures related to hiring practices and work-related activities .
Utilize MS Word and MS Excel and recruiting databases to maintain accurate information and support recruitment activities.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent training required.
Recruitment experience in either agency or in-house/corporate recruiting required.
Typically 2-4 years of recruiting or customer service-related experience .
Strong negotiation, customer service, and interpersonal skills .
Basic knowledge of legal policies and procedures related to hiring practices .
Basic knowledge of personnel recruitment, selection, and training principles .
Basic knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning .
Previous experience with MS Word and Excel .
