Baker- 1st and 2nd Shift

As a Baker at Crumbl, you will play an important role in creating and preparing our fresh products while maintaining Crumbl's high standards for quality, cleanliness, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities: Prepare and bake products according to Crumbl recipes, procedures, and quality standards.
Accurately measure and mix ingredients while following recipe specifications.
Monitor baking times, temperatures, and product quality.
Prepare dough, fillings, toppings, frostings, and other ingredients as needed.
Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary baking area throughout the shift.
Properly clean and sanitize equipment, workstations, utensils, and other kitchen areas.
Follow all food safety, health, and sanitation guidelines.
Properly store ingredients and supplies and maintain proper food rotation.
Work efficiently to ensure products are prepared and available on time at all times.
Communicate effectively with shift leads, managers, and other team members.
Assist other stations and team members when needed.
Maintain a positive, energetic, and team-oriented attitude.
Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
Help ensure the store is fully prepared for opening, closing, and daily operations.
Qualifications: Previous baking or food service preferred but not required.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes and instructions.
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
Ability to lift up to 50 LBS.
Must be willing to maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Must be able to work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
