Head of Manufacturing Finance

This dynamic role is for a Permanent Finance Manager in the fast-paced Manufacturing industry. The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations, implementing effective financial strategies, driving business profitability, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The successful candidate will have a hands-on approach and will be expected to work autonomously, providing full financial support to the management team.

Develop and implement financial strategies, monitor all financial activities, and ensure adherence to the budget.
Prepare detailed financial reports and statements, and present them to senior management.
Implement and maintain internal control procedures to ensure accurate financial reporting and data integrity.
Oversee the preparation of all financial audits, manage relationships with external auditors and investigate their findings and recommendations.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local financial legal requirements.
Analyze market trends and competitors, identifying risks and opportunities.
Work closely with the management team to strategize effectively and make data-driven decisions.
Manage and oversee the entire accounting team.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Proficiency in financial software
Solid understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles.
Proven ability to drive the financial planning of a company and manage financial risks.
