Ambassador - Weekend Shifts

About Vale Vale is a fast-growing Seattle-based startup with the goal of bringing the real benefits of matcha to a billion people. As a Matcha Ambassador, you are more than a drink maker. Our Matcha Carts move throughout Phoenix, giving you the opportunity to work in different neighborhoods, meet new people, and bring Vale to a variety of communities and events. No two shifts are exactly the same, so we’re looking for people who are excited by a dynamic environment and comfortable adapting on the go. You bring positive energy to every shift and enjoy creating genuine connections with guests. Take pride in your craft and ensure Vale’s quality is consistent and repeatable.
Creating drinks is only part of the equation, providing top tier customer service is what gets people returning again and again.
Available on weekends. We offer flexible scheduling, but weekend availability is essential for this role. Weekends are some of our busiest and most exciting times, and Matcha Ambassadors will regularly work weekend shifts
You should be curious about how the cart equipment functions, capable of thinking on your feet, and able to juggle multiple priorities while keeping the guest experience front and center..
Creative. All Vale employees are encouraged and incentivized to create content for our social media teams!
Prepare ceremonial-grade matcha, coffee, and other beverages with accuracy, care, and consistency. You’ll maintain deep knowledge of matcha origins, flavor profiles, caffeine content, and benefits. Uphold beverage recipes, quality standards, and visual presentation.
Follow all food safety, sanitation, and opening/closing procedures. Represent the Vale brand. Availability for mornings, weekends, and holidays.

• Be at least 18 years of age at time of application.
• (Preferred) Previous barista or food service experience.
• (Preferred) Social media and content creation experience.
