Better Path Community Outreach Center LLC is a holistic, person-centered substance use treatment facility in Windsor Mill. We provide comprehensive care through PHP, IOP, and OP levels of service, supporting individuals on healing and restoration. Our mission is to treat the whole person—mind, body, and spirit—through compassion, structure, and evidence-based practices.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of substance use and co-occurring disorders and be committed to helping clients rebuild their lives through supportive and ethical care.
You’ll work collaboratively with our clinical and support teams to help clients achieve long-term stability and recovery.
Experience in substance use and/or mental health counseling preferred.
Competitive hourly pay and flexible scheduling options
$3,500 sign-on bonus distributed in three-month increments
