Bilingual Immigration law paralegal

Minimum of 2 years of experience in the immigration field

Full fluency in Spanish and English (speaking, reading, writing, and listening)

Bachelor’s degree required

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

Prior customer service experience

Utilize web‑based immigration case management systems and databases

Review and assess client‑provided documents to identify issues and proactively alert attorneys for strategic case planning

Draft and manage immigration, family, and criminal petitions, ensuring compliance with internal timelines, checklists, and procedural standards

Ensure all written and verbal communications with clients reflect a service‑centered approach to legal representation

Conduct research on immigration laws, policies, and procedures

Perform legal administrative duties, including calendar management, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, arranging appointments, answering, screening, and routing incoming phone calls, and managing receipt of client payments
