Craft Individualized Care Plans: Assess patient needs and develop tailored therapeutic strategies to help them reach their rehabilitation goals.

Engage with Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to deliver comprehensive, integrated care.

Provide teaching on therapeutic methods to ensure progress and empowerment beyond therapy sessions.

Monitor and Record Progress: Keep track of patient outcomes and modify therapy plans to ensure objectives are met.

Master's or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
