Create Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patients' needs and craft individualized therapy strategies aimed at accomplishing their functional objectives

Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Partner closely with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, medical professionals, and nurses for comprehensive, well-rounded care

Instruct patients and their families on therapy modalities to ensure continual progress in their home environment

Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution

Continuing education opportunities and post-graduate certifications supported

Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license

NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is mandatory

Your Role in Patient Rehabilitation

In this position, you will go beyond addressing symptoms — you'll help individuals restore their routines, rebuild confidence, and rediscover joy in daily activities. Whether it's guiding stroke survivors through fine motor rehabilitation or facilitating mobility enhancement for orthopedic patients post-surgery, your expertise will shine through as you deliver personalized care that nurtures resilience and independence.
