Security Officer Guard Card Patrol As a Security Officer Guard Card Patrol in Honolulu, HI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. As a Part-Time Security Officer, you can build a schedule that works for you and explore new roles using our Claim a Shift platform. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer in a luxury retail location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. You will support a welcoming environment while documenting observations and responding to security-related concerns. Position Type: Part Time

Provide exceptional customer service to clients, visitors, and/or employees while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.

Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the retail location, sales floor, stock areas, entrances, and perimeter to help identify unusual activity, hazards, and/or policy concerns.

Monitor access points and visitor activity, assist with directions and inquiries, and report suspicious activity or incidents according to site procedures.

Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, contacting appropriate personnel and/or emergency responders when needed.

Help support the protection of high-value merchandise and property by observing the location, documenting relevant activity, and completing accurate reports.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
