Psychotherapist / Mental Health Therapist
Denis Development
The Psychotherapist provides therapeutic services to individuals, couples, and families to address a range of mental health and behavioral health concerns. The therapist will conduct thorough assessments, develop customized treatment plans, and utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions to promote emotional and psychological well‑being. This role involves working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and support for clients. The Psychotherapist is committed to fostering a safe and supportive environment that encourages healing, growth, and resilience.
Master's or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field.
Current licensure as a Licensed Psychotherapist, Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or equivalent in New York State.
Experience in providing individual, group, and family therapy.
Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.
Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic modalities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to ethical standards.
