The practice has served Greater West Houston, Texas, and the surrounding rural communities for over 40 years. With offices in Cypress, Katy, Sealy, Fulshear, and three convenient sites in Houston, our Physicians and APPs care for adult and geriatric patients in a comfortable, friendly setting.The practice offers electrocardiograms (EKGs), stress tests, ablations, ultrasounds, cardiac nuclear medicine, Holter and event monitors, and more. The heart specialists provide advanced technologies like cardiac PET-CT scans, the WATCHMAN FLX™ device, the Reveal LINQ™ insertable cardiac monitor, the VenaSeal™ procedure, and sclerotherapy procedures, including Varithena®. They also offer clinical trials for patients who qualify.The full time Acute Care Nurse Practitioner will work under the general supervision of the primary supervising physician, and all physician partners to deliver competent medical care to an age specific population including adults and geriatric patients. ACNP will work independently and collaborate with the Memorial Katy Interventionalist as well as assess, manage and treat complex cardiovascular conditions in high acuity units. Position to maintain the scope of practice to be consistent with the policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines governed by the Texas Board of Nursing, the Texas Medical Board, and any other federal or state regulatory agencies, as well as the policies and procedures of Memorial Katy Cardiology Associates.
