Sparrows Point Country Club, located in Dundalk, MD, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a Full-Time Line Cook! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour depending on experience

The Line Cook assists the Chef and Kitchen Manager in preparing food for all culinary outlets on the property, including responsibilities related to kitchen sanitation, cleanliness, preparation, and timely delivery. This position requires strict adherence to all procedures and guidelines established by the Food Service and Safety Department.

Assume responsibility for quality of all products served

Assist Chef/Kitchen Manager with setup and preparation of food items for all outlets

Assist with monthly food and supplies inventory

Properly use and maintain kitchen equipment

Perform cleaning and sanitation duties for food preparation and storage areas as directed

Help distribute food and supplies across all outlets

Clean food production, holding, and serving equipment as needed

Knowledge of safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures

Use of vision, reading, and hand/wrist movement to prepare food, operate equipment, and clean work areas

Ability to work extended hours during peak and holiday seasons

Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
