the client invites applications and nominations for the position of Dean of the College of Aeronautics (COA). The client is a private research university located on Florida’s Space Coast, with a mission rooted in educating pioneers of the U.S. space program and fostering technological excellence through hands-on learning and strong industry engagement. As Dean of the College of Aeronautics, the role will be responsible for leading and advancing the COA’s academic and research mission. The Dean will help ensure rigorous degree programs supported by the client’s broader focus on engineering, science, computing, aeronautics, and related disciplines, while strengthening engagement with industry and other external partners. The position is expected to provide strategic academic leadership and promote a culture of innovation and collaboration within the college. The Dean will typically oversee college operations, support faculty and student success, and guide initiatives that align the COA with evolving educational and research needs in aeronautics and adjacent fields.
