HealthFitness is looking for a full-time (40 hours/week) Lifeguard to join our dynamic team at our client site in Marysville, Ohio (OH). Enjoy a supportive team environment while helping keep our pool safe and welcoming for everyone.
Work a flexible schedule, within the following hours of operation:
Monday-Friday: 5am-6pm
Saturday: 10am-3pm

Responsible for monitoring and ensuring a safe and friendly environment for all of the aquatic facility members and guests.
Monitor and ensure safety and well-being of patrons using the aquatic facilities.
Perform chemical testing and documents results for three bodies of water and a hot tub four times a day.
Attend all required staff meetings and training.
filling water machines; and inspecting the Aquatics Facility to ensure safe environment for members.
Must be at least 18 years old.
Current American Red Cross Lifeguarding with CPR/AED for Professional Rescuers and First Aid certification.
Meet HealthFitness Fitness and Skill standards.
Be dependable, alert and able to interact with people of all ages in a positive manner with strong customer service skills.
Computer proficiency in MS Office including Word, Excel and Outlook; and working knowledge of the member management system, databases, and tools.
All lifeguards are required to perform a basic lifeguard skill test consisting of:

• Spinal injury management in shallow and deep water.
• Other various techniques that were learned during the Lifeguard Training Program.
