This is a full-time position working Monday through Friday. Once you are trained, you will be scheduled to work Saturdays.
As a parts counter person, you will be the primary contact between the parts department and the service department for the sale of parts and accessories.
You will have direct customer contact at the parts counter, during a service appointment, and on the phone.
You will work daily with suppliers and your team to ensure that we have the parts and tools we need for the day, week, and month.
You will do daily cashing out for customers and follow up on any outstanding issues or parts.
We consistently do training for our employees to ensure that they stay current on all the in-house and manufacturers' standards.

Previous automotive parts experience preferred (dealership experience a plus)
Strong communication and customer service skills
Basic computer skills and familiarity with parts systems
