Pay : $19.76/hr to start Shift Hours: 2ndShift Full Time 12:30pm - 9:00pm Monday - Friday 1:30pm - 10:00pm Monday - Friday 2:30pm - 10:30pm Monday - Friday JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Clean, dust, sweep, sanitize, mop, scrub, vacuum, shampoos facility surfaces and floors Collecting and disposing of trash Keeping exterior walkways clear of debris and snow Follow proper procedures for chemical and power equipment use, in order to prevent damage and injury. Remove graffiti, gum and other markings from facility surfaces, and repaints with protective coating. Check and verify facility security and safety by locking doors, windows and gates; Other job duties as assigned REQUIREMENTS & ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE JOB: Previous cleaning experience in a work setting. standing/walking for 8 hours shift, bending, twisting, overhead reaching, kneeling, stooping, pushing pulling, etc. -- normal job requirements for cleaning Ability to work indoors and outdoors Strong and detailed work ethic Ability to work in a team or independently Proficient in written and verbal English Attendance and punctuality are essential functions of this job Fingerprint criminal background checks are conducted upon hire.
