Join ZURIEL MEDICAL as a Licensed Practical Nurse, where your skills meet compassion in providing exceptional patient care. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team.
Assist with daily living activities to enhance patient comfort and well-being.
Educate patients and families about health management and wellness.
Collaborate with nurses and physicians to develop and implement patient care plans.
Participate in patient assessments and contribute to care strategies.
Valid LPN license in the state of Illinois.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
Compassionate demeanor with a commitment to patient-centered care.
Proficient in electronic health records (EHR) systems.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
