We're looking for a Family Nurse Practitioner to join our collaborative team in a part-time capacity. You'll focus on early intervention, chronic disease management, and long-term wellness in a setting that values quality over volume.

What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities in Patient Care):

Comprehensive Care: Provide both in-person and virtual visits to increase access and continuity of care.

Diagnosis & Planning: Prescribe medications and develop personalized health plans with your patients.

Collaboration: Collaborate closely with physicians, medical assistants, and other clinicians.

Contribute to a positive, team-oriented clinic culture.

DEA registration.

• 2+ years of primary care experience preferred.
• Ability to pass on-site credentialing.
