Dental Receptionist/ RDA

Start Your Dental Career as a Full-Time Receptionist at Hamilton Dental Associates Inc. We’re a boutique dental office dedicated to providing personalized, high-quality care to our diverse patient community. We’re seeking a highly experienced, confident front office professional who can also oversee day-to-day operations. While we proudly serve a multicultural patient base, many of our staff and patients are Armenian-speaking. Armenian language proficiency is highly preferred, though not required.
20~$25 per hour
Full-time
3+ years of front office experience in a dental setting (required)
Confident in using dental software such as Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or similar platforms
Familiar with PPO billing, claim submission, and treatment plan presentation
Leadership experience and the ability to manage staff and operations effectively
Oversee daily front office operations to ensure smooth functioning
Manage billing, claims processing, and presentation of treatment plans
Supervise and support other staff members, coordinating closely with the dental team and doctors
Maintain accurate patient records and handle administrative tasks efficiently
Support practice growth through excellent customer service and team collaboration
Jobley Bonus: $75 (awarded to candidates hired through Jobley)
