Head of Sales & Customer Service

The Service Manager will lead and manage a team of field Service Technicians, overseeing route management, training, and customer service operations.

Responsibilities Interview, hire, and train Service Technicians on technical skills and customer service, ensuring they understand sales assist leads and can identify new service opportunities.

Conduct field training, manage customer account audits, resolve inquiries or complaints, and review online service feedback, providing coaching as needed.

Collaborate with Field Manager, Service Technicians, and sales professionals to optimize operations, manage service routes (including special scheduling), and maintain inventory and GPS systems.

Run service routes as needed, conduct daily service ticket audits, assist with incident reporting, adhere to the expense budget, and participate in weekly key manager meetings.

Qualifications High School Diploma or GED.

2+ years of pest control experience with prior management experience preferred.

Must be 21 years of age or older, possess a valid driver’s license and a driving history of at least 3 consecutive years; driving record must meet insurance standards.

Earn and maintain state‑required training and pest control licensing if applicable (provided).

Pay and Benefits Weekly pay – paid every Friday.

Annual salary range of $60,000–70,000, with additional compensation opportunities.

Exposure to pesticides, chemicals, pests, mold, allergens, and structural hazards; safety gear required.

Moderate noise level in the work environment.
