General Laborer in Production - 3rd shift

You're eligible to bid for open Assistant roles upon hire and then can eventually fill open machine operator roles later as they become available!
Starting at $23.37/hour + premiums, including Double Time on Sundays and Holidays!
Schedule: 4 on 4 off, every two weeks rotate from days to nights (5-5).
To effectively assist in the manufacturing and safe production of a clean, high-quality medical facility. The duties of the General Worker include, but are not limited to, the tasks listed below.
Responsible for following all plant and department specific safety and security rules, procedures, and programs.
Must wear all required personal protective equipment for all plant, department, and task specific requirements.
Attend required training on all OSHA and facility required safety programs.
Responsible for reporting all injuries, near misses and property damage incidents to the Shift Supervisor prior to the end of the shift on the day of the incident.
Help in keeping the facility clean, i.e. sweeping, mopping, wash stack racks, carts, walls and run the floor scrubber.
Responsibility to report to the Shift Supervisor any and all safety issues.
Train and work as a Rewind Assistant, Blown Film Assistant, Coater Assistant, or the Material Handler position as needed for production requirements.
Able to perform all duties as spelled out in the Rewind Assistant, Blown Film Assistant, Coater Assistant, and Material Handler job descriptions.
Previous machine operation experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred, but not a requirement.
Continue to upgrade skills by attending internal training and meetings.
Interacts daily with Operators to maintain quality production.
Interacts daily with Shift Supervisors for assignments.
Responsible for the safe operation of assigned duties.
Responsible for the following plant policies and procedures.
