Recruiter (hourly recruitment)

Overview: We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team and support hiring across a variety of corporate functions. This individual will manage full cycle recruiting efforts for positions across finance, accounting, sales, and service operations while partnering closely with hiring managers to attract and secure top talent. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can effectively manage multiple priorities, and is comfortable navigating a high-expectation hiring environment with diverse stakeholder feedback. Relationship building is critical to success in this role, and the Recruiter will be expected to establish strong partnerships with hiring managers and business leaders throughout the organization.

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from intake meetings through offer acceptance

Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, candidate profiles, and business objectives

Leverage LinkedIn, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms to identify passive and active candidates

Gather, synthesize, and incorporate feedback from multiple stakeholders throughout the hiring process

Develop recruiting strategies to address difficult-to-fill positions and evolving workforce needs

Maintain regular communication with candidates and hiring teams to ensure a positive experience

Build strong relationships with hiring managers through consistent in-person collaboration

Track recruiting metrics and provide updates on hiring activity, candidate pipelines, and market trends

Ensure all recruiting activities comply with company policies and employment regulations

5+ years of recruiting experience

Experience gathering and incorporating feedback from multiple hiring managers

Recruiting experience across finance, accounting, sales, and service positions

Hands on experience with LinkedIn, Indeed, and other recruiting platforms

Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
