Corporate Recruiter (Contract)

Select how often (in days) to receive an alert: We are seeking a results-driven Corporate Recruiter (Contract) to support full-cycle recruiting efforts across Hyundai Motor America. This role will partner closely with hiring managers and HR stakeholders to identify, attract, and hire top talent across a variety of functions and levels. The Corporate Recruiter will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, deliver an exceptional candidate experience, and help drive hiring initiatives that support organizational growth. The ideal candidate is a proactive recruiter with strong sourcing capabilities, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Full-Cycle Recruitment Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including intake meetings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination. Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and develop effective recruiting strategies. Maintain a high level of communication with candidates and stakeholders throughout the hiring process. Provide guidance and recommendations to hiring teams regarding talent market trends, candidate availability, and hiring best practices. Proactively source and engage qualified candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, networking, and other recruiting channels. Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs. Conduct candidate outreach and screening to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit. Stakeholder Partnership Develop strong relationships with hiring managers and HR partners to ensure alignment throughout the recruitment process. Facilitate interview scheduling and candidate feedback discussions. Support hiring managers with interview best practices and candidate evaluation. Recruiting Operations Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity within the applicant tracking system. Ensure compliance with company policies, employment laws, and recruitment procedures. Prepare recruitment reports and provide updates on hiring activity, pipeline health, and hiring progress. Support special recruiting projects and process improvement initiatives as assigned. Required Education & Experience Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably within a corporate environment. Experience recruiting across multiple functions and organizational levels. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and competing priorities. Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills. Proficiency in applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Microsoft Office applications. Preferred Qualifications Experience recruiting within the automotive, manufacturing, technology, or corporate services sectors. Experience supporting high-volume recruiting initiatives. Familiarity with SuccessFactors or similar applicant tracking systems. Knowledge of employment laws and recruiting compliance requirements.
