Recruiter

Recruiter (Temp-Hire) We are seeking two Talent Acquisition Specialists to join the recruiting team on a contract-to-hire basis. These positions are dedicated exclusively to full-cycle recruiting and will support a high-volume hiring environment with more than 300 open requisitions at any given time. Key Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruitment activities from intake through offer stage. Source, identify, and engage qualified candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms. Maintain a proactive pipeline of talent for current and future hiring needs. Partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop effective recruiting strategies. Conduct candidate screenings and coordinate interview processes. Track candidate activity and maintain accurate recruiting data within the applicant tracking system (ATS). Manage a high-volume requisition workload while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience. Collaborate with recruiting team members and business stakeholders to meet hiring goals and timelines. Support recruiting efforts across multiple business functions and organizational levels. Qualifications Required Previous recruiting experience in a corporate or agency environment. Strong full-cycle recruiting experience in a high-volume setting. Hands-on experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed as primary sourcing tools. Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Strong sourcing, interviewing, and candidate relationship management skills. Excellent communication and organizational abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Bachelor's degree preferred but not required. Experience supporting both professional and leadership-level searches. Experience with Taleo and/or Oracle Recruiting Cloud is highly desirable. Experience recruiting across multiple geographic markets. #J-18808-Ljbffr Vaco Recruiter Services
