Sr. RECRUITER

Location: Irvine, CA – 100% In-Office
Job Type: Full-Time
Pay: Starting at $23/hour + Performance Bonuses

Guardian Tax is growing, and we're looking for a ROCKSTAR RECRUITER who knows how to find great people, move quickly, and GET HIRES!

This isn't a position for someone who wants to sit back and wait for applications to roll in. We're looking for an energetic, organized, competitive recruiter who knows how to source talent, sell candidates on an opportunity, and keep the hiring pipeline moving.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Recruit for multiple positions across our growing company
• Source and identify qualified candidates through Indeed, LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and other recruiting channels
• Screen resumes and conduct phone interviews
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
• Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates
• Follow up with candidates and keep them engaged throughout the hiring process
• Assist with job postings and recruiting campaigns
• Track recruiting activity, interviews, offers, hires, and retention
• Work closely with HR and department managers to meet hiring goals
• Help develop creative new ways to attract top talent

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Minimum 2 years of recruiting experience REQUIRED.

Experience recruiting for sales, call centers, tax, financial services, customer service, or other high-volume positions is a major plus.

COMPENSATION

Starting at $23/hour + performance bonuses

We believe great recruiters should be rewarded for great results. In addition to your hourly compensation, you'll have the opportunity to earn bonuses based on recruiting performance and hiring results.
